The 410 student desks are available with right and left side book boxes with adjustable height legs. The desk comes standard with a solid Melamine top and optionally with a laminate top. Safe, bracketless continuous all-tubular frame. Heavy-Duty inserted U-brace support. Plateable-quality heavy-gauge steel. 5/8" warp-free top. Bookboxes reinforced with a steel rod. High-quality chrome inserts. Long-ferrule inside holding nylon glides. Through-screw plastic attachment. Superior extra-long frame welds. Available in colors to complement stock chair colors.

Specifications:

Frame: All-tubular design, 1" diameter, 18-gauge front leg running from side to side is multiple arc welded to a integral 1", 18- gauge U-shaped top support and rear leg. 5/8", 16 gauge tubular U-brace is inserted into punched holes in the rear legs and welded to all four legs. Minimum 4-1/2" of total weld. Frame is powder-coated after all welding is complete.
Inserts: 86" diameter, nickel/chrome plated tubing with punched holes to receive adjusting screws. Leg adjustment uses self-tapping locking screws which pass completely through both upper leg and lower insert.
Bookbbox: Executive Student: 11" wide x 17" height x 15-1/2" deep, 12" lower compartment, 5" upper shelf. 20-gauge formed steel box. Die formed pencil groove. Rolled Edges reinforced with steel rod for safety. Bookbox is attached to the underside of the desktop at nine points.
Top: Solid molded thermoset plastic. 20" x 36" x 5/8" with smooth molded edges and permanent color throughout thickness. Top is attached using self-tapping screws into seven uniformly drilled holes.
Modesty Panel: 20-gauge formed panel. Rolled edges reinforced with steel rod for safety. Panel is welded to frame in nine points.
Glides: Nylon or steel, your choice. Swivel design, case hardened steel, super silent deep ferrule. All glides make full level contact with floor. Designed so the maximum swivel angle of the glide is not violated.
Warranty: Limited lifetime frame warranty. Eight year thermoset plastic warranty. Two year finish/wearing parts warranty.
